Unfortunately we cannot amend orders once they are placed. We may be able to cancel your existing order and ask you to place a new order.
Please Note: Once orders are placed, the order is immediately processed LIVE with our warehouse. If an order has commenced being processed, we will not be able to cancel your order and it will be necessary to send your existing order back to us following our Returns Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it and your right to cancel ends on the 14th day from when your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place. Customers have up to 15 minutes from placing their order to request a cancellation. After this time frame orders cannot be cancelled.
For pre-purchase items, you are able to cancel the order up to 24 hours before the dispatch date stated on the website.
We recommend you email enquiries@meandem.com in the first instance so we can arrange for your order cancellation prior to it being dispatched. Once orders have been placed they cannot be put on hold or amended; single lines from orders cannot cancelled and additional items cannot be added. Only entire orders can be cancelled.
If your order has been shipped or is in transit you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. We recommend you return the goods following our Returns Policy. If you choose to cancel your order (instead of following the returns process) you will need to cover the cost of the return shipment, as our Free Returns service does not apply to cancelled orders.
The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt. The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
**Please note: Your right to return products does not apply to goods made for your specification, that have been clearly personalized or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession.
If something is missing from your order, in the first instance please check your Shipment Confirmation email and your ME+EM invoice to see if your order has been part-dispatched. The missing item may have been on pre-purchase and will be dispatched at a later date. This information will be visible in the Product Description online. If the missing item is not on pre-purchase please call Customer Care immediately who will investigate for you.

Unfortunately, once orders have been placed the address cannot be amended. This is due to GDPR regulations in order to protect your details and subsequently your privacy. Unfortunately our courier cannot deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature for delivery.

US Returns Info
We hope you love your ME+EM purchase. However, if something’s not quite right you can return it for FREE within 28 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:
+ All items are unworn, with all labels still attached.
+ You can return your swimwear as long as they are unworn and any hygiene seals are still intact and all labels are still attached.
+ Returns of jewelry will need to be in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty (Sorry, it’s for hygiene reasons!).
+ Footwear has been tried on indoors to ensure they remain clean, and still have the dust bag.
+ Items are free from marks or stains (you know what we mean, things like foundation stains or deodorant marks).
+ Must be returned new, unused, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging with all ME+EM garment tags and labels attached
+ Sale items cannot be returned to store, they must be sent back via our online returns process.

US Returns
Complete the paper returns form that was included in your parcel, indicating the item/s you are returning. Place the completed form inside your parcel.
Click HERE to start your return and enter your order number (starting 5000) and the email address used to place your order.
Select what items you’d like to return and the reason why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!

The money will then clear back to your original method of payment within 5 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.

If one of your items becomes faulty within 6 months of receiving it, we can offer you a full refund or exchange. Any items that become faulty within 6-12 months may be eligible for an exchange or refund to store credit at company discretion.
Any item(s) returned as faulty will be inspected by our Garment Technician. Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odours, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.)
You can register your return and print a returns form by visiting usreturns.meandem.com. You will need your order number and email address, telephone number or zip code to be able to generate your label. You will need to print your label and it will be emailed to you.

At present we do not offer gift receipts for online purchases.
If a gifted item is returned for a refund the refund will be made to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase
If the customer requires an exchange of a gifted item, an exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size/color as per the Returns Policy. The exchange will be sent to the shipping address on the original order and an email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

Yes, you can purchase gift cards in-store. These gift cards can only be redeemed in our US stores (not our UK stores) and they can’t be redeemed online.
US gift cards don’t have an expiration date.
We are happy to exchange or refund unwanted items if returned in perfect, unworn condition, together with proof of purchase. Full-price items must be returned within 28 days, sale items within 7 days.
We do not offer a refund or exchange on items sold as seen.
Please note returns will only be accepted if the tag remains attached.
You can contact stores for a free return label to post your unwanted item(s) back to the store. Stores can email you the label which will need to be printed and attached to the parcel, along with your details so you can be contacted for a refund.
Store purchases can only be returned to the store and cannot be returned to our warehouse.
Yes, you can return your online order to our US store (not our UK stores). Please bring your items into the store, along with your order number and a member of the team will process the return within 24 hours. Your refund will then take 3 - 5 business days to process.
Yes, you are welcome to return a product purchased in one US store to any of our US stores. Unfortunately, you cannot return a product purchased in a US store to one of our UK stores and you cannot return a product purchased in a UK store to a US store.
Yes. If you call the store you purchased the item from, they will be able to create a shipping label for you which they will email you to print out and attach to the parcel. Please remember to include the receipt in your parcel.
