Placing an order

+ When you have chosen and are satisfied with the item(s) in ‘MY SHOPPING BAG’, Click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button
+ Select your ‘CHECKOUT METHOD’ (Create/Login to your ME+EM Account or Checkout as Guest)
+ Proceed to follow the very simple prompts on your screen through our secure Checkout process
+ Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation email

Returns
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the order with the completed Online Returns Form enclosed. Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all ME+EM garment tags and labels attached. Please try trainers on indoors to ensure they remain clean. Trainers must be returned in the dust bag and must be returned unworn. We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned according to the ME+EM Returns Policy.
Please note, the original shipping fees and certain duties & taxes are non-refundable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ME+EM and Global E offer a free, straight forward returns policy. If your order number starts with GE, please follow the steps below to return your order:
1. Head to the Global E Returns Portal to generate your returns label. You will need your order number (which starts with GE or 9000) and email address handy to create this. The returns portal can be found here. 2. Once in the return’s portal, select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next. 3. Your returns label and form will be generated. 4. Include the Global E returns form inside the parcel. 5. Attach the return address label to the outside of your parcel ensuring you remove any old address or postage labels. 6. Return your parcel via your selected carrier. Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt as per the ME+EM Returns Policy. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of ME+EM and may be returned back to the customer or may only be refunded as Online Credit.
Please note we do not offer an exchange or replacement for international orders if the item is faulty. If it is returned within our returns time of within 28 days of receiving your order, and after a Customer care approval code has been sent. A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment only, according to our Returns Policy. A full refund on faulty returns under 6 months or an exchange or refund to online credit for orders over 6 - 12 months at the company's discretion.
We take every precaution to ensure our products reach you in the best possible condition, however, if for some reason you receive a damaged item or you believe it has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact Customer Care immediately.
Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric, and removing all deodorant, fragrances and jewellery.
Any item(s) returned as faulty will be inspected by our Garment Technician. Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odours, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.)

Almost all of our products can be shipped internationally, with some restrictions around products containing alcohol and aerosols in some countries. If there are any restricted items in your shopping bag, you’ll be asked to remove these before continuing to checkout.
As your international order has been placed with our partner, Global-e, we will not be able to process any cancellations once your order has been placed. If your order has already been dispatched, we request that you return your order using the instructions on our Returns page.

Following the UK’s exit from the EU, we are now unfortunately liable for a number of new taxes and duties on our products.
ME+EM are covering many countries taxes and duties on your behalf and there will be no hidden costs after your purchase. If your country is not listed below, the relevant charges pertaining to duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout, or you will be contacted by Aramex to arrange the payment of fees.
