About the Role
Due to exceptional and exciting business growth over the last 18 months we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join our passionate and established customer care team. We are open Monday – Friday from 8.30am- 10pm and 9am- 5pm on Saturdays. The successful candidate needs to be flexible to cover shifts during these times working 37.5 hours per week.
About you
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a luxury retail brand in the customer care department.
Have a genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
Confident in working in a fast-paced environment.
Confident telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong computer and systems skills.
Organised with the ability to multitask.
Confident at making decisions, prioritising and working autonomously.
Your responsibilities
Provide exceptional above and beyond customer service via various channels, phone, email, and live chat.
Build relationships with customers offering smart solutions to problems. • Provide excellent styling, sizing, and garment care advice.
Keep up to date with product knowledge via training, the website, social media, brochures, store visits and discussions with design, buying and merchandising teams.
Visit our stores to feel, touch and try the product to be able to offer first-hand advice. • Assist customers and the department by processing orders, customer returns and tracking deliveries.
Be extremely confident with navigating the website and assisting the customer on where to find information.
Attend regular customer care training.
Work closely with other departments within the business.
Liaise with our warehouse team on a daily basis for updates on customer queries. • Work in partnership with our third-party partners providing updates on stock and orders. • Make recommendations to improve the customer experience.

About the Role

The ME+EM Style Advisor will be experienced in providing outstanding luxury service, driving sales and building strong relationships with all clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Support Merchandiser in all aspects of trading stock and sales across categories
Update & maintain WSSIs highlighting risks & opportunities
Manage delivery schedule and stock intake to deliver optimum stock availability for collection launches, ensuring information is shared with relevant functions in a timely and clear fashion (DC, Customer care, E-com, Stores, Marketing)
Manage category and returns analysis across all categories & regions
Produce weekly & seasonal sales, stock & markdown reporting, present opportunities to drive sales & profit
Manage sizing analysis by region and channel to drive full price sell throughs
Oversee MAA in managing Intake, store allocations & reporting
Work with the E-com team to trade the website to optimise sales and profitability opportunity (product availability / images / VM)
Manage product availability for e-com shoots, identify reshoots and ensure Online imagery refreshed accordingly
Essential Skills & Experience
1-2 years experience at AM level
Highly computer literate (MS office specifically Excel)
Strong analytical skills & awareness of WSSI management
Experience in retail, ecommerce, fashion is desirable
Must be detail-orientated, deadline driven, and able to multitask with solid organisational and time management skills
Proactive & highly motivated team player; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential
