ME+EM Returns
We hope you love your ME+EM purchase. However, if something’s not quite right you can return it for FREE within 28 days of receiving your order. It can take up to 28 days for your return to reach us from the date of posting using our free USPS returns. We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:
All items are unworn, with all labels still attached.
You can return your swimwear as long as they are unworn and any hygiene seals are still intact and all labels are still attached.
Returns of jewellery will need to be in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty (Sorry, it’s for hygiene reasons!).
Footwear has been tried on indoors to ensure they remain clean, and still have the dust bag.
Items are free from marks or stains (you know what we mean, things like foundation stains or deodorant marks).
Must be returned new, unused, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging with all ME+EM garment tags and labels attached
Purchases made from Saturday 16th November will be able to be returned up until Monday 13th January.

US Returns
1) Complete the paper returns form that was included in your parcel, indicating the item/s you are returning. Place the completed form inside your parcel. 2) Click HERE to start your return and enter your order number (starting 5000) and the email address used to place your order. 3) Select what items you’d like to return and the reason why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time! 4) Choose your returns method: USPS Drop off - Print at home label

5) Complete the return on the portal and you will be emailed a ‘Returns Request’ confirmation email with further instructions. 6) Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your nearest USPS parcel shop. 7) It can take up to 2-3 weeks for your return to reach us from the date of posting using our free returns service. We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. 8) The money will then clear back to your original method of payment within 5 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
We do not offer exchange orders. Please return your order for a refund and repurchase. If you need any assistance, please contact Customer Care.

Please note we can offer a full refund on faulty items purchased within 6 months, or a refund to online credit for orders purchased within 6 - 12 months at the Company's discretion. We thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is damaged or has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately. Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric and removing all deodorant, fragrances and jewelry.
If you need to return an item that has developed a fault, please contact Customer Care to obtain a pre-authorized return code.
Any item(s) returned as faulty will be inspected by our Garment Technician. Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odors, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.)
All orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order by contacting Customer Care on 1-800-346-3108 during their opening hours. You can find Customer Care opening hours here.
We will be unable to cancel your order if it has already been processed at our warehouse or dispatched. Instead, we request that you return your order using the instructions on our Returns page.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. **Please note: at present we do not offer gift receipts. If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
**Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable on returns.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations Policy gives you the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it. Your right to cancel ends on the 14th day from when your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbor or your dedicated safe place.
You are also given the right to cancel an order at the point of sale. We recommend you email enquiries@meandem.com in the first instance so we can arrange for your order cancellation. If your order has been shipped or is in transit you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. We recommend you return the goods following our ME+EM Returns Policy.
If you choose to cancel your order (instead of following the ME+EM returns policy) you will need to cover the cost of the return shipment, as our Free Returns service does not apply to the Consumer Contracts Regulation Policy.
The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt.
The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Please note: your right to return products does not apply to goods made for your specification, that have been clearly personalized or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession.
