Welcome to the Neighborhood
King’s Road in Chelsea is one of London’s most iconic addresses, and the first place we opened a ME+EM store. Galleries sit next to independent shops and luxury boutiques nestle up to delectable restaurants. There’s so much to take in, so we’ve compiled our favorite spots for whiling away the hours during your next visit.

BREAKFAST, LUNCH + DINNER
Charlotte’s Cloud
A reliable neighbourhood spot that promises all-day dining, Charlotte’s Cloud Chelsea offers breakfast and brunch favorites like avocado on sourdough, eggs benedict and granola bowls. The perfect way to start your day.
La Mia Mamma
Prepare the rest of the afternoon’s exploring with a hearty pasta dish from La Mamma Mia. The quaint Italian restaurant is famed for having real nonnas cooking in the kitchen, serving authentic regional and family recipes. Expect generous portions that may call for an after-lunch espresso.
Claude Bosi
Head to Claude Bosi at Bibendum for an exquisite dinner, accompanied by a cocktail or two. The elegant eatery is located in the iconic Michelin House, a Grade II listed building that was once the Michelin Tyres headquarters and remains a historical architectural landmark thanks to its stunning early Art Deco facade.
TIME TO SHOP
ME+EM
Stroll down King’s Road to the newly refurbished (and expanded) ME+EM store. Browse even more new arrivals or enjoy your own personal styling session with one of our experts. Each of our stylists is well versed in fit, color and outfit building, and so can help you curate the ultimate wardrobe of forever essentials.
John Sandoe Books
A visit to John Sandoe Books is essential. One of London’s most beloved independent bookshops, it is housed in an 18th-century building with books piled up on every available surface and colorful window boxes outside that make it easy to spot.
Partridges
Located a stone’s throw from King’s Road in the picturesque Duke Of York Square, Partridges is a family-run grocer that boasts a Royal Warrant. The awe-inducing aisles are stocked with everything from everyday basics to luxury teas, fine wines and other treats from artisan companies.
RELAX + UNWIND
Chelsea Physic Garden
Escape the city in Chelsea Physic Garden, London’s oldest botanical garden. Perched on the Thames, it’s the perfect place to stroll on a sunny summer day and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the terrace of the park’s café.
HARI’s
Head to Hari's for a spot of well-earned indulgence. The hairdressers has been tending to the stylish haircuts of Chelsea since 1976 and is a personal favorite of ME+EM founder Clare Hornby.
The Saatchi Gallery
Take a stroll around the vast rooms of The Saatchi Gallery to see the latest exhibits and installations displaying the work of emerging contemporary artists.
